At ForwardExecs our intention is to build long-term relationships with our clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business and philosophy and providing top quality service throughout the entire process.
Our services expand beyond the completion of a successful candidate placement, as we are dedicated to maintaining periodic contact with both our clients and candidates to foster lasting relations.
OUR FOUNDER
Alex Bowden, the founder of ForwardExecs, a recruitment firm specialising in tech. I started my journey in the industry right after college, working for a traditional headhunting company where I learned the ins and outs of the trade. After gaining experience and confidence, I founded ForwardExecs at the age of 22.
Today, almost 10 years later, I'm proud to say that ForwardExecs has built a reputation as a trusted partner for both candidates and clients. Our focus on the tech industry has allowed us to partner with some of the true market leaders and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
As for me, you'll find me in meetings on MS Teams, in boardrooms, or taking candidates and clients out for drinks and dinner. And when I'm not working, you'll probably find me on a golf course, enjoying the great outdoors and some friendly competition.
